Return and Exchange Policy

We have high quality control standards to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return the item(s).


Before Return, Please Remind:

1. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first;

2.Customers will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees;

3.We only refund the price of the item(s), that means the original shipping fees are non-refundable;

4. Refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returning parcel arrived.

15 Days Easy Return

Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Items are eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:

1. Make sure the items are unused, not showing any signs of being worn or being washed;

2. Make sure the items are in good conditions that will not affect the secondary sales;

3. Due to sanitary reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, and accessories are non-returnable;

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery if you'd like to refund them;

5. Shoes must be returned without signs of wear and in the original shoe box; make sure the shoe box is not used directly as the postal box and that it has no tape, stickers or writing on it;

6. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax and include your filled-out return/exchange authorization form in your return package. After you ship out the returnning parcel, please email to inform us the tracking number , the carrier and your order number. 

Exchanges

1. We only accept exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect , and please make sure to report within 7 days of delivery, if you want to exchange;

2. We will, of course, cover the return shipping cost.

Return / Exchange Steps 

1. Email us ( service@jolly-vintage.com ) to receive the return / exchange form, fill it and send back to us ;

2. Print the filled return / exchange form , or write down the information in a clean paper if you are not convenient to print. Pack it with the item(s) into the original packaging ;

3. Send back the package via local post service or Regular Mail Service , and E-mail us the tracking infomation after you shipped the package out;

4. Once your return package reach us, we'll refund or an exchange within 5 business days.
